Elite Boots is our foundational and engaging toddler football programme in Dubai for young children. For parents looking to support their child’s early-years development, our football classes for 3–5-year-olds introduce young players to the game through fun, structured sessions designed to develop motor skills, coordination and cognitive skills from an early age.
Led by UEFA-licensed coaches in small groups, children learn through movement, play and simple football activities that help improve coordination, balance, focus and confidence. Each session gives them opportunities to move, think, listen and interact while enjoying their first experience with football.

Our football classes for kids aged 3–5 are built around fun, age-appropriate games rather than complicated drills. Children run, jump, turn, balance, dribble, kick and play while developing the fundamental movement and early football skills they need at this stage.

Age 3 — Discovering Football Through Movement & Play
Our football classes for 3-year-olds in Dubai introduce children to the ball through simple movement games, kicking, dribbling and fun challenges. The focus is on building balance, coordination and confidence while helping them become comfortable moving and playing with the ball.
Age 4 — Building Confidence & Ball Control
At this stage, children begin taking the next step in their football development. Our football classes for 4-year-olds introduce more purposeful activities, including changing direction with the ball, aiming for targets and playing simple games with teammates. Through our toddler football programme in Dubai, young players also learn to follow instructions, make simple decisions and become more independent during each session.
Age 5 — Building Skills for Group Training
Our football classes for 5-year-olds help children prepare for the next stage of their football journey. Sessions introduce more teamwork, passing and simple game situations, helping young players understand how to play alongside others and follow their coach during group activities. How do I book a trial?
Book a free trial session for your child and select your preferred Elite Boots session and location. It’s a great way for your child to experience our 3–5-year-old football programme before enrolling.
Is 3 years old really old enough to start?
Yes. Three years old is a great age to start introducing your child to football in a fun and age-appropriate environment. At this stage, the focus is not on serious football or advanced techniques. Instead, children learn through play while becoming comfortable with the ball and developing important early-years skills such as coordination, balance, agility, movement and confidence.
Football classes also give young children the opportunity to socialise and interact with other children, helping them practise communication, listening, sharing, taking turns and working together. My child is very shy. Will they cope?
Yes. Our coaches are experienced with nervous first-timers and encourage children to join in at their own pace. The aim is to help every child feel comfortable, confident and engaged during their session.
Do parents stay during the session?
Parents are welcome to watch their child play, and our coaches will confirm the arrangements for your child’s group when you book.
What should my child wear or bring?
Comfortable clothes, trainers or soft boots, and a water bottle. We’ll confirm anything else when you book.
How long is an Elite Boots session?
Sessions are kept short and full of fun, matched to young children’s attention spans.
Will my child be in a group with their own age?
Yes — we group the youngest players by age and stage so the games and challenges suit them, and so your child is alongside others at a similar level.
