Coach Alireza started playing football at a very young age in Iran for academies like Esteghlal and Rah Ahan, prominent clubs in Asia.

At the age of 17, he moved to London UK to study and that was where he found his passion for coaching. Within a year of arriving in the UK, he obtained his Level 1 qualification and started to work as an Assistant Coach for Brentford FC U12 and U13.

Alireza continued his professional development, completing his Level 2 and Goal-Keeping Level 1 at Arsenal Academy. Soon after completing his badges, he pursued his B License with the London FA and started professional coaching for adults and teenagers.

While Alireza was completing his B license, he joined a private club in London as the head of the academy to develop a long lasting legacy. In his 8 years of working as the head coach he worked with 24 teams competing in Europe’s biggest and most competitive youth league, securing many cups and trophies for the club by implementing a successful philosophy through out the club.

As head of academy, he also developed strong ties with the London football community, introducing many players to Fulham FC and Chelsea FC. Alireza’s further qualified with a BSc in Sport Science with a specialization in Coaching from Brunel University, UK
