Coach Naoifal is UAEFA certified coach, born and raised in the Netherlands. In his youth, he played football at a high level, and at the top of his game, he was part of the famous AJAX ACADEMY’s youth team.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from Vrije University which comes as a useful addition to his current coaching career in terms of people interactions and sources of motivation.

After his playing days, Naoifal decided to pursue his passion for soccer by becoming a coach. He’s coached U12 teams in the Netherlands and later on, after his arrival in the UAE in 2013, he’s been working with diverse football academies developing furthermore his coaching skills.

He possesses a great understanding of youth football, and his work with young players provides him with solid experience in managing teams and personal development.

His strengths as a coach lie in understanding the existing gaps and address them during training sessions, his ability to communicate with the young players and to assess accurately their needs when it comes to acquiring new skills or improving the existing ones.
