TFA Football Academy — A Football Academy in Dubai Built for Real Matches
Most academies train kids to do drills. We train them to play the game.
At TFA Football Academy, every session is shaped like real football — small-sided, quick, full of decisions. Your child isn’t waiting in a line for a turn. They’re reading the game, making choices, and getting better at the thing that actually matters on a Saturday: performing in a match.

How TRAINING WORKS
1. We analyse, not just train
Our coaches review real moments from games and football training sessions, helping players understand why a decision worked — not just what to do.
2. Game-realistic sessions
Our football classes in Dubai focus on more playing and less waiting. Sessions are designed around real match situations, helping players learn and develop through the game.
3. Small groups, real attention
Every child matters here. Smaller training groups mean more playing time, individual feedback and coaches who understand how each player is progressing.
4. Character on and off the pitch
Respect, discipline, resilience and teamwork are coached as deliberately as passing and shooting. Football is the lesson; the life skills are the point.

TFA Football Academy in Dubai — Real Training. Real Matches
A clear pathway — not random sessions
Your child always has a next step:
- Elite Boots (3–5) — first touches, balance, confidence and a love of the ball.
- TechLab (technical school) — technique and decision-making through game scenarios.
- TFA Football Academy — structured training plus competitive match play.
Real competition, real growth
Training only takes a player so far — matches do the rest. TFA squads compete regularly across Dubai’s youth football calendar, so your child learns to handle pressure, win well and lose better. We’ve also seen players progress through the UAE youth pathway.
What a typical week looks like
Our football classes in Dubai combine structured training with plenty of time on the ball. Players train in age-appropriate groups, working on technical skills, decision-making and game situations. As players progress, competitive matches and tournaments can become part of their development.
How we develop and track players
We don’t just hope players improve — we make sure of it. Coaches review real moments from sessions and matches with players, helping them understand the why behind good decisions, not just the what. Each child is known as an individual: their strengths, their next step, and exactly what they’re working on. That means real, specific feedback rather than one-size-fits-all drills — and parents can see the progress, session by session. It’s the difference between a child who simply attends football and one who genuinely develops.
Football for boys and girls aged 3–16
TFA welcomes boys and girls of ages from 3-16, abilities and experience levels. From a child taking their first steps in football to an experienced player looking to improve, our programmes provide a clear pathway for continued development.
Girls can also train within our dedicated TFA Bells Girls Football Academy, providing an inclusive environment focused on skills, confidence and teamwork.Safe, supported and built for Dubai
Your child’s safety and happiness come first. Sessions are structured, supervised and positive, led by coaches chosen for care as much as football knowledge. And because we’re in Dubai, we plan around the climate — managing the heat, keeping players hydrated, and using cooler times and indoor options through the hottest months.
