TFA TERMS & CONDITIONS

ELIGIBILITY:

The Football Academy (TFA) is open to boys & Grils between the ages of 3 -18.

The participant must be at least 3 years of age or no older than 18 years of age on the first day of the TFA season.

 

INSURANCE:

All TFA players must be affiliated with a health insurance provider with a local UAE network coverage.

 

MEDICAL CONSENT:

TFA will not permit any child to participate in the Soccer Program without a registration form being completed. By signing up for the program you give your permission to allow your child to be given medical treatment either by way of first aid by a suitably qualified person or by a doctor. You also consent that your child may be taken to a doctor or hospital in case of emergency.

 

POSSESSIONS:

TFA is staffed with accredited Coaches who will implement the highest safety measures.

 

TFA will not be held responsible for damages, injuries, or loss of possessions. We strongly recommend that all valuables be left at home.

 

TFA participants may be asked to assume the position of the goalkeeper or play with participants of a different age. The parent/guardian of any child who does not wish their child to assume this position or play with children of a different age must make it known to TFA before payment is made to the Academy. In the absence of such notification, it shall be deemed that the parent/guardian has consented to their child assuming a goalkeeping position or playing with children of different ages if requested to do so by a coach.

 

CONDUCT:

Participants must follow the instructions of the coaching staff in charge. Misbehaviour or bullying may result in the participant being expelled from TFA and any fees paid will not be refunded.

 

FEES:

A one-time Registration Fee will be invoiced to every player on the day of their Registration. Once the Registration Fee is settled, the player’s spot in the TFA’s squad is confirmed.

 

Registration Fee according to the age group of the players:

 

1. Minis team (U5): 250 AED -> Administration Fees + Training Kit

 

2. U6 to U18 teams: 600 AED -> Administration Fees + Training Kit + Match Kit + Backpack 

3. U6 to U18 teams: 700 AED -> Administration Fees + Training Kit + Match Kit + Backpack + Footbar Performance Tracker

Prices are Exclusive of VAT 

Players can join the academy at any given time during the season. If a player registers after the Term start date the Coaching Fees invoiced to the player will be pro-rated on the number of remaining sessions in the Term. No deductions or discounts to the Term Fees will be applied for personal reasons such as, but not limited to - family vacations, personal engagements, holidays, celebrations, etc.

 

PAYMENTS:

Upon registration, payment is due in full. The billing cycle can be Yearly – one payment, per Semester – twice a year, per Term – four times a year, or Monthly – by Direct Debit.

 

Monthly payments will be allowed ONLY to existing clients and collected by Automated Direct Debit from a Pre- Registered Payment card before the 5th of every month. No other modes of payment will be allowed for the monthly payment option.

 

A one-time Registration Fee will be invoiced to every new player on the day of their joining. The registration fee is invoiced once per season. It covers the administration cost and the player’s training and playing kits for the current football season.

 

Payments must be completed 2 weeks in advance prior to the beginning of each new Term / Semester, for the player to be able to access the football training sessions and attend the match competitions with TFA. If however, payments are not received in full by the start of each new Term/ Semester, TFA reserves the right to suspend training.

 

CREDIT POLICY:

Memberships CANNOT be frozen unless there are mid/long-term medical reasons and/or at our discretion. A physician’s note will be required in the case of an “injury” or a medical condition.

 

Credit on the medical ground will be applicable if the sickness/ injury prevents the player from sessions for more than 4 weeks provided a Medical Certificate is presented.

Credit is usable in the following Term or the Following Season if the payment is on a full-year basis.

 

No makeup sessions will be offered in any circumstance.

 

If training sessions have been missed for reasons beyond TFA’s control (such as bad weather conditions, earthquakes, floods, heat waves, pandemics, and other unforeseeable natural-caused events that may be considered as “force majeure”: wars, riots, chaos, slowdown, pandemics, and unexpected legislations) those can be:

 

  • Transferred to the following term/season.

  • Used as credit within a period of 12 months.

  • Transferred to a friend or a sibling.

 

REFUND POLICY:

No Refund Policy for TFA Football Services:

 

Payment for football services: All payments made for our football services, (disclosed in registration and payments) are non-refundable. Once payment is received, it is considered final and non-refundable.

 

Commitment to attend: By registering or signing up for our football services, the player is automatically committing to attending the designated sessions or programs. No refunds will be provided for any circumstance.

 

Change of schedule: While we make every effort to adhere to the scheduled dates, times, and locations of our football services, unforeseen circumstances and force majeure may require us to modify or reschedule the calendar. In such cases, we will provide suitable alternatives. No refunds will be granted due to schedule changes.

 

No refunds will be issued for missed sessions for reasons such as school, school exams, family vacations, inability to arrive for practice, general sickness, or any other circumstance.

 

OTHERS:

Safety and coaches’ guidelines: Participants are expected to adhere to our safety guidelines and coaches’ guidelines during all football activities. Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in the participant's removal from the program, but no refunds will be given in such instances.

 

Weather-related cancellations: In the event of extreme weather or other circumstances beyond our control that necessitate the cancellation of football services, we will make efforts to reschedule or offer alternative arrangements. No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to weather or force majeure events.

 

Injury or medical conditions: Participants with pre-existing injuries or medical conditions should consult with a healthcare professional before engaging in our football services. We are not liable for any exacerbation of injuries or medical conditions that may occur during participation. No refunds will be granted based on injury or medical circumstances.

  

CANCELLATION/CREDIT POLICY:

Cancellations cannot be accepted for full credit unless there is a medical reason, supported by the proper medical documentation.

 

A notice of 4 weeks sent by email is required to cancel a monthly membership and access a credit policy. (The players can still participate during these 4 weeks).

 

A cancellation notice is considered valid only when sent to accounts@tfaue.com, with a request of confirmation of receipt. No refunds for missed sessions will be issued.

 

If a balance is left after the 4 weeks notice TFA will provide a credit note usable until the next academic year.

 

No refund will be given for Cancellation.

 

I hereby grant The Football Academy, its directors, officers, employees, coaches, and designees (collectively “TFA”) non-revocable permission to capture images and likenesses in photographs, videotapes, motion pictures, recordings, or any other media (collectively “Images”) of my daughter and/or son at TFA.

 

I acknowledge that TFA will own such Images and further grant TFA permission to copyright, display, publish, distribute, use, modify, print, and reprint such Images in any manner whatsoever related to TFA business, including without limitation, publications, advertisements, brochures, web site images, or other electronic displays and transmissions thereof.

 

I further waive any right to inspect or approve the use of the Image by TFA prior to its use. I forever release and hold TFA harmless from any and all liability arising out of the use of the Images in any manner or media whatsoever and waive any and all claims and causes of action relating to the use of the Images, including without limitation, claims for invasion of privacy rights or publicity.
