Elite Boots: Early Years Football Development
Elite Boots is TFA’s early-years football programme, designed to introduce young children to football while supporting their overall development through fun, age-appropriate activities. As part of our football academy in Dubai, the programme focuses on building physical and motor skills such as balance, coordination, agility and movement, while also encouraging learning, thinking and early problem-solving through football-based games. Children are also supported in developing speech and language skills through listening, following instructions, communicating with coaches and interacting with other children. With a focus on confidence, coordination, communication and enjoyment, Elite Boots provides a positive foundation for children as they begin their football journey.

TechLab Football Development Programme
TechLab is a focused football development programme for girls and boys who are ready to build their football skills in a more individualised and supportive training environment before moving into a larger group. Sessions are designed to help young players develop their ball control, coordination, technique, confidence and understanding of the game while allowing them to learn at their own pace. This makes TechLab an ideal pathway for children who may be new to football, need additional time to build their foundations, or want focused training before joining our Boys Football Academy Boys Football Academy or Girls Football Academy. As part of TFA, a Dubai football academy, TechLab gives young players the opportunity to develop their skills and confidence before progressing into our wider football programmes.

Football Academy for Boys & Girls
Our Dubai football academy offers structured football training for boys and girls, led by UEFA-licensed coaches who understand that every child develops at a different pace. We assess each player’s age and current football skill level to place them in the right programme and training group, creating an environment where they can learn, improve and build confidence alongside players at a similar stage. Training is available at Greenfield International School in DIP and Pulse Football Ground in Dubai South, with convenient after-school evening sessions. Through regular training and interaction with teammates, players develop their technical ability, communication and teamwork while enjoying a positive and engaging football experience.

Football Academy for Boys
Our Football Academy for Boys welcomes players of all levels, from beginners learning the fundamentals to experienced players looking to take their skills further. Led by UEFA-licensed coaches, children get plenty of opportunities to practise ball control, dribbling, passing, shooting, finishing and first touch, while also developing speed, agility and coordination. Through small-sided games and match-based activities, players can apply their skills, improve decision-making and build confidence, teamwork and game awareness. Players also have opportunities to take part in football competitions and real matches, allowing them to put their training into practice, challenge themselves and continue improving their skills in a competitive environment. With training available across Dubai, our Dubai football academy offers convenient after-school sessions for boys looking to develop their football skills in a fun and supportive environment.

TFA Bells: Football Academy for Girls
Our Girls Football Academy was created to give more children the opportunity to play, develop and enjoy football in an environment where they feel comfortable and supported. As part of our football academy Dubai programme, girls can train with players within their own age group, build confidence, make friends and develop their skills together. The girls-only programme supports players from beginner to advanced levels, with opportunities to take part in real matches and football competitions while having their progress tracked throughout their development. TechLab gives players more time to work on key football fundamentals such as ball control, dribbling, passing, first touch and coordination — areas that can be harder to focus on in a larger group session. It provides a more focused training environment where players can develop their technique, confidence and understanding of the game at their own pace.
