ALAADINE EL ALAOUI

Moroccan-born coach Alaadine El Alaoui is 32 years old and possesses amazing leadership skills. He has excellent verbal communication skills as well and can speak multiple languages including Arabic, French, and English. He began his football career with the Wydad Athletic Club in Casablanca while he was still a kid and went on to play in the U10, U12, and U14 for several years. Alaoui holds a Master’s degree in Hospitality Management; he worked in the UAE for a decade and developed his managerial skills quite well. He also has a certificate in Food Management from the prestigious University of Cornell. Besides, Alaoui holds the Scottish Football certification level1 and is currently enrolled in the UEFA C license which he is expected to complete in 2022.

Aladdin El Alaoui’s coaching philosophy is to help players develop their skills, enjoy the game, and discover ways to increase their interest and love for the sport. The strongest qualities that coach Alaadine is known for are sound decision-making, leadership, teamwork, respect, and communication.

As a coach, El Alaoui is extremely passionate about his job and strives to get the best out of his players. His training sessions are not just fun but also very focused on teaching technical and tactical skills to the players.
